PRIVACY NOTICE

Effective October 23, 2026

Who we are. This site is run by Mike Browne Leadership LLC, publisher of the Coach by Design books.

What we collect. When you sign up for email, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name. When you use the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, organization (optional) and your message. Our website host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address and the pages you visit, to keep the site running, and counts page views with a small script that sets no cookie and does not follow visitors over time.

Why. To send you email about the Coach by Design books and related news from the author, and to answer messages you send us. Nothing else.

Who else sees it. Kit (kit.com), the service that stores our list and sends our email; Web3Forms (web3forms.com), the service that delivers contact form messages to us; and Cloudflare, our website host. No one else. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. No third party collects information about your activity on this site over time.

Your choices. Every email has an unsubscribe link; one click removes you. To see, change or delete the information we hold about you, reply to any email we have sent you and ask.

Tracking signals. This site does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Children. This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes. If this notice changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
